Refunds

Billing corrections and refunds are handled manually today.

TokiCode already stores checkout records, provider events, and entitlement history so billing problems can be inspected and corrected.

Current policy

What happens if billing goes wrong.

  • Incomplete checkouts should be resumed from the billing console instead of recreated.
  • Completed purchases with missing access can be corrected by replaying the billing event or manually restoring the entitlement.
  • Duplicate or incorrect charges can be reviewed against the stored checkout and provider event history.
